Real Ale & Pie Festival 2011
This year extended!!! From Thursday 28th April until Monday 2nd May!
Thanks to the combined bank holiday weekend & the royal wedding celebrations this year we are extending our ever popular festival over five fun packed days. Our annual pie & ale festival will this year kick start on the Thursday 28th April and run straight through the weekend finishing on the Monday night, depending on stock levels of course in the cellar!
For the duration of the weekend the pub is taken over by enthusiatic real ale drinkers, dedicated cider fans, devoted pie aficionados, all entertained by great live music in our festival marquee. This time around with the royal wedding celebrations kick starting the bank holiday weekend early, we may indeed find ourselves in a truly festive mood, and what better way to spend a glorious weekend than in our capable hands at the Smugglers Den!
